- If the booking is cancelled 14 or more days before arrival, then a refund equal to 80% of the stay will be issued.
- If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days but more than 2 days before arrival, then a refund equal to 50% of the stay will be issued.
- If the booking is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival, then no refund will be issued.
- Upon request from the guest and at the sole discretion of the owners, an offer to rebook may be made at a future date (weekday, non-peak)

As you make your reservation, guests will be asked to select a check-in time. We use this check-in time to plan our work and shopping to ensure all rooms are ready and your stay exceeds your expectations. We know plans change so, if you plan to arrive at a time different from your reservation, please give us a call to adjust. We want to ensure everything is perfect for your arrival!
Please notify us when you make your reservation or at your earliest opportunity if you are unable to check in before 6:00pm. We will make special arrangements with you to ensure you can access your room.
We will strive to honor your request for early check-in and late check-out. A courtesy fee of $25.00 will be charged for early check-in or late check-out for each room requested. Early check-in and late check-out requests will be confirmed with each guest within 24 hours of planned arrival (early check-in) and at the time of check-in (late check-out)
We allow children ages 10 years and older and who are conscientious of our other guests. Please ensure that the room reserved accommodates the appropriate number of guests.
We do not allow pets. Please do not bring your pet with the intention of leaving it in your vehicle or you will be asked to leave immediately, and you will not be refunded.
We do not allow smoking anywhere inside of the building. You are free to smoke outside, but we ask that you please be considerate of other guests. The smoking of cannabis products are prohibited anywhere on the property.
We allow boat parking, but arrangements must be made prior to the day of check-in. Please anticipate parking on a steep incline or off-site parking of any boat and trailer.
